قومی سلامتی کے مشیر (این ایس اے) موئد یوسف نے جمعرات کو کہا کہ Pakistan افغانستان میں Taliban حکومت کے بارے میں مکمل طور پر پرامید نہیں ہے کیونکہ منظم دہشت گرد نیٹ ورک اب بھی اس کی سرزمین سے کام کر رہے ہیں۔

این ایس اے نے کہا کہ کالعدم تحریک طالبان پاکستان نے یکطرفہ طور پر جنگ بندی معاہدہ ختم کر دیا ہے، انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ جو بھی ملک پر جنگ مسلط کرے گا اس سے سختی سے نمٹا جائے گا۔

قومی اسمبلی کی قائمہ کمیٹی برائے خارجہ امور کو بریفنگ دیتے ہوئے موئد یوسف نے کہا کہ طالبان کے اقتدار میں آنے سے تمام مسائل کے مکمل حل کی توقع نہیں کی جانی چاہئے۔

انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ افغانستان میں دہشت گردوں کے منظم نیٹ ورک اب بھی کام کر رہے ہیں اور افغان سرزمین اب بھی پاکستان کے خلاف استعمال ہو رہی ہے۔

این ایس اے نے اس بات پر روشنی ڈالی کہ سابق وزیر خارجہ سرتاج عزیز نے 2014 میں قومی سلامتی پالیسی کی تشکیل پر کام شروع کیا تھا اور سات سال بعد یہ پالیسی تیار ہو کر مشترکہ پارلیمانی قومی سلامتی کمیٹی میں پیش کی گئی تھی۔

تاہم انہوں نے کہا کہ جب تک پارلیمنٹ اس کی منظوری نہیں دیتی اس وقت تک پالیسی فعال نہیں ہوگی۔

قومی سلامتی کے مشیر نے کہا کہ ملک اور اس کے شہریوں کی اقتصادی خودمختاری اور سلامتی، آزاد خارجہ پالیسی کے لئے قرضوں سے نجات اور مسئلہ کشمیر سلامتی پالیسی کے اہم اجزاء ہیں۔ تاہم این ایس اے نے مزید کہا کہ حکمرانی ابھی تک پالیسی کا حصہ نہیں تھی۔

رواں ماہ کے اوائل میں ایک سینئر عہدیدار نے کہا تھا کہ پاکستان کا خیال ہے کہ کالعدم ٹی ٹی پی افغان طالبان کے لیے ایک "ٹیسٹ کیس" ہے کیونکہ اس گروپ سے نمٹنے سے عبوری حکومت کو دیگر دہشت گرد تنظیموں سے نمٹنے کے حوالے سے دنیا کی نظر میں اپنی اسناد قائم کرنے میں مدد ملے گی۔
